This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has budget rooms and serves free and absolutely fantastic breakfast. All the staff is really helpful and friendly multilingual and is engaged to make your stay very good! The venue has magnificent and perfect setting in Tallinn Old Town district close enough to commercial stores, the old town centre and the sea harbour museum, and even the smallest of cafes. They serve tasty food, have a wide range of options to choose from. The service is terrific, includes free parking. We like that there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Totally recommended for short stay.

The place is nice and suited me fine, the staff is good, the food is savory, and there is Roosa Kaun nearby.

First and foremost, the bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was small but quaint, the wooden beams and large window gave a feeling of space. The ensuite wet room had a glorious heated floor and was clean on arrival. The Mini-Bar provides some of the cheapest drinks in Old Town Tallinn, and the decor of the hotel overall was gothic but homely. The staff were as helpful as language barriers would allow and the location was easy to find and just a stones throw away from the main square! N.B Just a tip, if in Tallinn, go to the food place in the town hall! It has a delicious Elk Soup for €1
Possibly the room wasn't as big as advertised and we had the unfortunate luck of having building works outside our room. But I'm sure the hotel would have moved us to a different room had we asked.

The marvelous location close to the ferry from Helsinki and the town center was fantastic. I loved the old authentic medieval feeling of the place. - It was in a very quiet area. - the breakfast was exceptionally nice with a great selection of food like tea, porridge, fruit, eggs, and bangers.

Great location in the old town. Recently renovated. Friendly receptionist.
Dining room too small, many had to wait for a table for breakfast. Prices very high for Tallinn. Fixtures and furniture seemed cheap.

Location was great, close to Old Town, trams and airport bus stop. Liked the character of the hotel building and Pikk Street.
Part of a steel light fitting fell down and caught my husbands head as we were walking through reception. It was so fortunate that it was only bleeding slightly as there was no first aider on site. He didn't get an apology from any members of staff or management and there was no accident book. Would have liked a double bed instead of two single beds pushed together.

The location was perfect, the price very good, the staff very friendly, the room comfortable and warm. We stayed in temperatures of minus 4 so the latter was important.
The breakfast area wass cramped.
